Perfect for Summer

What do you do for dinner when it gets this hot? You could barbecue, but then you would have to clean up afterward. A better idea is to come out and let us do the cooking (and the dishes). At Clarklewis chef Warren Pinkston has created a menu full of Summer-appropriate dishes such as the few pictured below. It’s a treat you give yourself on any ole night, not just special occasions. Garden Party: Effen cucumber vodka, fresh mint, cucumber and house snap pea juice, soda.

Marinated Hermiston Melon | ginger-soy vinaigrette, cucumber, crispy lotus root, house made horseradish gelato.

Fresh Oregon Albacore Tuna Crudo | roasted Pablo Munoz Farms strawberry aguachile, cucumber, sweet onion, whipped avocado, salsa matcha.

Wild Arugula Salad | summer radish, sweet peas, cucumber, hazelnut, citrus-miso vinaigrette.

Fresh Burrata & Fett’unta | Ocean Mist Farms artichoke barigoule, shaved bresaola, castelvetrano olives.

Our own Chef Warren Pinkston will be a featured chef at the Heritage Fire event in McMinnville on September 8th. Heritage Fire unites live-fire cooking, family farms, and local chefs in diverse destinations. The all-inclusive walk-around feast features thoughtful bites prepared by some of the most critically acclaimed kitchens, including Clarklewis, with products from locally sourced farms and sponsors.
