This is what late summer tastes like

Chanterelles are here. Corn and tomatoes are at their peak. Summer squash is everywhere. And there are still plenty of warm evenings left for dinner on the patio and a cold bottle of rosé.

Two new dishes on the menu pretty much sum up the moment:

Pan Roasted Wild Alaskan Halibut
grilled Dharma Ridge Farm baby bok choy, heirloom cherry tomato beurre blanc, summer squash relish

Fresh Egg Tagliatelle Carbonara
house-smoked Carlton Farms pork belly, wild Oregon chanterelles, Nottinghamshire Farms sweet corn, pecorino, poached egg

Yes, these are the best few weeks to eat in Oregon. Come, let us cook for you.

P.S. There’s abundant free parking in the lot directly behind Clarklewis after 6pm.
